01Doctors first
Patients choose a doctor, not a logo. Every practitioner needs a real profile: photo, specialty, qualifications, licence details, languages spoken and the conditions they treat. This is usually the most visited part of a clinic website.
02Answer the insurance question
"Do you accept my insurance?" is one of the first questions patients in the UAE ask. List the insurers and networks you work with clearly, and keep the list current.
03Booking without the phone tag
Online appointment requests, WhatsApp, and a phone number that gets answered. Show which doctor is available on which days. Every extra step is a patient who books elsewhere.
04Know the advertising rules
Healthcare advertising in the UAE is regulated, and depending on your emirate that means DHA, DOH or MOHAP. Before publishing claims, before and after photos, testimonials or offers, check what your licensing authority allows. A good website is built with those limits in mind from day one, not fixed after a warning.
05Calm, clear, accessible
Clean layout, readable text, plain language. Many patients visit when they're worried or unwell. They should find what they need without effort, on any phone.
A patient decides whether to trust you before they ever walk in.
- One clear page per main service or specialty.
- Location, parking and opening hours, including evenings and Fridays.
- What to bring to a first appointment.
