These terms apply when you use arc08.com, the website of ARC08, a website design studio in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the website you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.
02Using the website
You're welcome to browse, read the journal and contact us. Please don't misuse the website, for example by trying to break its security, sending spam through its forms, or using automated tools to scrape or overload it.
03Free website previews
The "See your website" preview is a free, automatic concept. Its copy is written by AI from your input and the public content of the website you enter. It may contain mistakes, it isn't a finished design, and it isn't advice. Using it creates no obligation for you or for us. We may limit or pause the preview at any time.
Only enter a website or details you're allowed to share. You're responsible for what you submit.
04Prices, quotes and projects
Prices shown on the website are starting prices. Websites start from AED 2,499. Every project gets one fixed quote in writing before any work starts. Timelines such as "live in 2 to 3 days" apply once we have your content and access, and larger builds such as e-commerce take longer. The actual scope, price, timeline and ownership of a project are set out in the written quote or agreement for that project, which takes priority over anything on this website.
05Concept work and examples
ALTURA, SANTÉ, KORU and VOLT are concept designs created by ARC08 to show range. They aren't client projects. The dashboard on the homepage is an example with sample data. Images on the website may be AI generated and are for illustration.
06Intellectual property
The design, text, images and code of arc08.com belong to ARC08 or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Client websites are covered by the agreement for each project.
07Links to other websites
We may link to other websites, such as WhatsApp. We're not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
08Liability
We work hard to keep the website accurate and available, but it's provided as is. To the extent the law allows, ARC08 is not liable for any loss arising from using the website, the free preview or information on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
09Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
